Replacing a 14"W X24"H Vinyl Gable Vent?

A recent windstorm blew away some siding that I plan to replace. I also need to replace a 14"W X24"H Vinyl Gable Vent. Neither HD nor Lowe's carries it. All the Siding and Roofing suppliers I talked to in Detroit area don't carry this size. Any idea where I can buy 2 - 3 pieces? Also what is the difference between a "flush-mount" and a "recessed" Vent? The existing vent sticks out beyond the siding and is nailed down on the surrounding flange that is concealed under the siding.

1. I don't know about the siding, but the difference in the vents is that a "flush mounted vent" does not stick out past the wall on either the inside or outside, while a "recessed vent" will jut out past the inside wall. I would recommend the flush mount as it is easier to install.
2. Since you are going to reinstall/replace some vinyl siding anyway, remove the gable end vent and replace with any size available. Then reside up to the new vent! Good Luck
