Do i need a special vent for a natural gas range?
I have an electric range and would like to switch to natural gas.I have a hook up already for a gas range but don't know if i need special range hood or ventilation system...Please help!

- It's not necessary, but I do know some people who insisted on a range hood just because it was gas. I like using a range hood with a true exhaust, but as I said, it's not necessary.
- No. Only Dryers, furnaces and water heaters that are gas, require vents. Range hoods are nice to remove food smells and grease from the kitchen but not required either.
